General messages are sorted into praise, urgent praise and material awaiting the discovery of its praise.
Letters
Short letters are preferred. Long letters may be serialised as agricultural policy without further notice.
Visits
Unannounced visitors should bring identification, patience and an opinion already suitable for publication.
